Eating late at night keeps your digestive system busy digesting food. So your head doesn’t stay calm so you don’t get a good night’s sleep.

When sleeping at night, you should heat five to ten grams of triphala powder in half a glass of lukewarm water and drink it.By doing this remedy, you get a good night's sleep and also digest your food.

▪️ Banana :

Bananas are especially effective in treating insomnia. Bananas increase sleep.This is because bananas naturally contain ingredients that relax your muscles, such as magnesium and potassium.

Eating 2 bananas an hour before going to bed at night calms your appetite and you sleep better at night .

▪️ Fennel Seeds :


Fennel seeds give you a good sleep on summer night's. Boil 10 grms of fennel seed on 50 grms of water till water is halved. When the water is halved, mix it with 200 grams of milk and drink it. Drinking this mixture will help you sleep better and will not break your sleep at night.

This is Lord Shiva's favorite drink. This drink is also used as a festive drink in India. Cannabis is an ayurvedic drink that is used to treat various ailments. Cannabis is a very useful medicine for insomnia.

Carrots contain an element called alpha carotene. Consuming carrot juice calms your head. Drinking 250 grams of carrot juice every evening gives you relief from the problem of insomnia.

▪️ Ashwagandha :

Ashwagandha is a very useful medicine especially for mental health. In Ayurveda, this medicine is used to get rid of mental and physical ailments.

These drugs are so effective that if you use these drugs for three days in a row, 50% of your problems will be cured.

Mix five grams of ashwagandha powder, ghee and granulated sugar and take the mixture followed by milk or water.It helps you sleep better at night and relieves insomnia.

Sleep on a mat the ground below when sleeping at night.  Do not usually sleep on the mattress. Sleeping on a mattress does not make you sleep well.
